Paul Asker is an AV-rated, business attorney licensed in Michigan and California.  Mr. Asker has extensive experience finding creative, cost-effective solutions to business issues from both a transactional and litigation perspective.  He began his legal career as a transactional attorney assisting small to middle-market companies in buying and selling businesses and real estate.  Later, Mr. Asker devleoped an expertise in commercial litigation and has successfully resolved many multi-million dollar lawsuits for individuals, closely held businesses, mutinational corporations and tier one auto suppliers.  Paul Asker has first-chaired many business trials and has conducted many arbitrations, facilitations and other Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings.

Mr. Asker has experience representing domestic and international companies with their legal and business challenges.  He has a unique ability to quickly understand client needs and develop creative solutions.
